I am almost done with your book and I am so excited to try your routine. I have had multiple dentists tell me there is nothing I can do more for my teeth than floss and brush and some people just have bad teeth so I need to live with it. I knew there had to be more out there than this answer. My friend told me about your book and I am so grateful she did. It has openned my eyes to so many things about oral health care. It is important to follow my system EXACTLY (like a cake recipe) if you want to see results and the ultimate success in the shortest possible time.

I suggest purchasing a kit from us the first time – then you can go to the store or order in bulk as you get more familiar with the products you need.
It is so important to get the correct toothpaste, the correct ACT etc.
Closys is only available in Walgreens Stores or sometimes from your own dentist through dental supply companies.
You need to have enough xylitol each day. Xylitol makes plaque slippery – so it can rinse off your teeth.
Multiple exposures to xylitol is much more effective – and if you are chewing gum ( the gum does NOT have titanium dioxide in it) but this is a LOT of gum!
I suggest you get granular xylitol crystals and make an “oral health drink” each morning.
Put a teaspoon (4 grams) into a bottle of water – and sip this during the morning.
Then enjoy a couple of mints or a piece of gum for the rest of the day after meals and snacks.
This way you will ensure you have at least 6 grams every day in multiple exposures – without chewing and chewing!
Make sure to clean your toothbrush and keep it away from others who may be infecting you.
Oral disease is contagious and transmissible.
Chlorine dioxide (Closys) is a wonderful product – and basically gives your mouth an oxygen bath before you start brushing.
Anaerobic bacteria are some of the worst bacteria – but they will go away with this rinse – use it unflavored and BEFORE you start brushing.
