Dear Dr. Ellie, 

Hi Dr. Ellie, I have just started your system and want to make sure I do everything right. I know you only recommend plain Crest toothpaste, but I’m not sure where to find it. I went to CVS and there were at least 20 different kinds of Crest, but none of them were just plain. I picked the ‘anti-cavity’ one; could that be plain Crest with a new label? Thank you for your time (and for your blog I’m so glad I found it)!

Thanks so much for your question.

The products seem to keep changing their labels and now look quite different from the pictures we printed in our literature last year!

My team is going to take new photographs of the products and post them on the website to try and help everyone understand which product is which!

If you sign up for our newsletter we will link you to these new photos as soon as they are ready hopefully next week.
