8 weeks on Dr. Ellie’s System

Hello Ellie,

I just wanted to let you know that our product order arrived safely on Friday afternoon just before Halloween. Thank you so very much for making your wonderful products available to us.

I have been using your complete system now for 8 weeks – and using xylitol alone for 4 weeks previous to trying your system. That is about 12 weeks all together and I am already seeing fantastic results. Three tiny pinpoint cavities seem to be so much less noticeable then before that I am sure they are healing. The small round holes in the acid eroded areas of the exposed, very receded root areas of my back molars are filling in to my amazement! I have also noticed in the past couple of weeks that these same acid eroded areas also seem to be slowly filling in overall and hardening. They still have a very long way to go, but I am confident that they will heal completely as I continue with your system.

I think the system you have designed is truly magical, as up until now, I thought nothing would ever save my teeth. I have put in so much effort over the years to keep them spotlessly clean, no plaque build up, have never needed dental cleanings, yet my teeth still eroded and formed cavities. From reading the letters on your site, I have learned that an acid mouth can be a disaster for tooth and gum health. Whenever I test my ph level, it is usually anywhere from 5.5 to 6, or if I am having a good day, perhaps 6.2. I have been using a lot of xylitol to push my ph up to a better level – about 20 grams a day, sometimes a bit more if I am under a lot of stress with my work and working long hours. If I awaken in the middle of the night, I tuck a mint on each side of my mouth between my molars that need healing and my cheek and go back to sleep and just let them dissolve there. Is this too much xylitol to use on a regular daily basis or is this still an acceptable amount? Also, I have been using the act rinse for up to 10 minutes twice a day, instead of 2 to 5 minutes as you recommend on your site. I would really like your opinion on this, as I hope I am not overdoing things in my efforts to make improvements. If you have time to respond, I would be so grateful for an answer to these questions. In the meantime, words cannot express the gratitude I feel for the time you spent teaching me on the telephone, for all the helpful information, and for the opportunity you have given me to get started on your complete system. I think you are a truly wonderful, caring person – a rare jewel in today’s busy, chaotic world.

Sincerely,
DP

Hi DP,

I am delighted to hear that your oral health is on the right pathway! Congratulations Now make sure you stay focused! If this is working do not doubt the results you see. Keep doing what is working! I think I recall you preciously used baking soda the more I talk with people, the more I fear for gum health with baking soda never, ever use this in your mouth. Keep on the program stay with these products! You only need 6-10 grams of xylitol a day for oral health. Above 10 grams a day, will not enhance oral benefits it is called a “plateau” effect. Despite the fact that more xylitol does not improve teeth they say 20 grams a day is good for osteoporosis….so I would not discourage you.

The length of time ACT is in contact with teeth is important and it is perfect to use twice or three times a day. Again, everything seems to be working so keep on the pathway for at least six months doing the same things…then perhaps you can reduce the ACT rinse time to give yourself another ten minutes in your day! Thank you so much for your kind words that encourage me to keep doing what I do. Yesterday I spoke with a well-known person in the dental world who could not believe I would “waste” my time “there is no way to make money at this” “you need to be a real dentist!” Ha! I hope he is happy I am! Thanks again and please keep in touch you have no idea how happy I am to hear good success stories they are my “gold”.

Best Wishes,
Ellie
