I attended your seminar in Rome Wednesday, and I just wanted to tell you that I really enjoyed it. It is the best continuing education course I have ever attended actually! We learned about xylitol in hygiene school, but not in the detail you provided, so it was nice to hear about it. You made me a believer in it!
