Question on complete mouth care system

Dear Dr. Ellie,

I was searching the web looking for recommended dental products and procedures, as I felt my current routine was not working well for me. I read about your system with great interest and started using the mouthrinse routine and ordered some Zellies products this week (can’t wait for them to be delivered). My question is about the timing of the mouthrinse routine in the morning, when time is generally limited before my family needs to get out the door to school or work. Is it best to do the mouthrinses & brushing before breakfast (downside to that, is the ACT won’t have time to do its work very long before eating) or immediately after breakfast (which includes orange juice and therefore acid)? Or does the Closys neutralize the acid enough to be able to brush soon after breakfast? Thanks for any advice on the subject.

KK

Hi KK,

Glad to hear you are considering giving the system a try it is superb when used correctly.
I am out of town for the weekend but here is a quick answer to your question.

Do the system after breakfast so the ACT will stay on your teeth for at least half an hour before you have to eat or drink again.

Yes, the Closys will deal with any acidity after juice for breakfast same as it deals with acidity if you drink wine or other drinks before your final bedtime routine.

Good luck and please feel free to ask any other questions that will help you.
