Dear LA,
Packaged in the jars and tubs the products last well because they are well sealed. Xylitol absorbs water and you can notice that newly opened jars of mints are “crunchier” but soften as they have access to the air.
Two years is a reasonable shelf life to expect, but xylitol like sugar really does not go “bad”.
