CWT Products in Australia

Hi Dr. Ellie,

I have just looked through your web site and found it very interesting. I would like to start this programme for myself & my young children. Is it possible to get the liquid products here in Australia as you are unable to post these Overseas? Or does anyone stock your products here? I am in Queensland on the Sunshine Coast.

Thank You
TF

Hi TF,

I am going to ask the manufacturers of the various oral care products what the status is in Australia.

In the UK Closys product is sold as RETARDEX and is available in Boots Pharmacies.
The only Fluoride rinse that is 0.05 percent and has the nearest formula to ACT is a Colgate product called Fluoriguard and is sold by Sainsbury’s.

Crest regular paste should be available to you just avoid all the added extras like whitening, plaque control and sparkles!

I will be back in touch if I find out any more information for you about the rinses ( which are too expensive to ship overseas) .

I can, however, ship Zellies products in limited quantities and our website will allow you to place an order of the mints and gum the shipping is $14.00.

I hope this helps. I can assure you that the system is amazing and helps adults with almost any kind of dental problem from gum disease to cavities.

Please let me know if you have any specific concerns and I will try to advise you.

Thanks for your interest in Zellies products and the Complete Mouth Care System,

Hi, I’m also in Australia and was just wondering if you have any advise for equivalent rinses here. Just doing an internet search (I’m going to check out chemists tomorrow) I can find Colgate Fluorocare–is this an adequate substitute for the ACT? Obviously I can get Crest. But I’m lost on what to search for as far as the Closys goes. Any help would be great! Thanks.

In UK Closys is sold under the brand name Retardex – and is available in Boots the Chemist. You will have to look for something else to replace the ACT rinse – a 0.05 % sodium fluoride will work – just make sure to keep it on your teeth for a good amount of time since it does not “cling” as well as ACT. I would also suggest you ask Chattem ( the company that distributes ACT) to remember you in Australia!

Thanks for the quick response. I was actually going to come back and ammend what I said about “obviously” being able to get Crest–I actually haven’t seen it. I was thinking Colgate.:-P

  • Dr. Ellie says:

I would only recommend Crest Original.Ellie

Have you got any idea where I can find Crest in Australia? I also haven't seen it and internet searches doesn't give anything. Or do you know of a substitute paste that is available in Australia? Thanks

  • Dr. Ellie says:

I do not know of anyone able to get Crest in Australia yet – I do know that you can get it online. If anyone knows of where, I would love to find out! I will share it here.
